We collect the details you give us when you request a quote or book a service: your name, phone number, email address, service address, job details and any photos you attach.
How we use it
Your information is used to price jobs, match you with a local contractor, keep you updated about your bookings and process payments. Contractors only see the details needed to complete your job.
Sharing
We share information with the contractor assigned to your job and with the service providers who help us run onpatch, such as payment and mapping providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can view and update your details at any time from your account. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
